I'm just wondering, is the WCL going to be shown live on the VS. channel for the 2007 season? Or are they going to be taped and replayed at some point like how the 2006 inagural season was? I'd love to see the event LIVE! I've only caught one episode so far, but the way it was edited, it just seemed too rushed to me, and lacked a lot of the suspense and buildup that I'm sure the live audience got before each fight.

I don't know if it'll be shown live. I can tell you that the action was non stop. So the "build up" that you're talking about wasn't the same. When it was time for action the show gave it. As one weight class finished and was getting their scores. The next fighters were on stage ready to step into the ring. There was no long delays.

To me, that made the whole thing better. I never liked sitting/standing around gawking at an empty ring. Always kinda made me think I had better things to do. With this, there was none of that. They slapped you in the face with some adrenaline and didn't let go until it was over.
