Hi everyone,

I was recently certified in Group Aerobic Kickboxing with FiTOUR. I'll be teaching a 6 week class in North Hollywood. So if anyone is interested the info is below. If you know anyone in the Los Angeles area that is looking for a cardio style kickboxing class I'd appreciate it if you pass the information on.

Join our Group Aerobic Kickboxing Classes at MKM Cultural Center. Classes will be every Tuesday starting 6/16/09 through 7/28/09 from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.

Group Aerobic Kickboxing is a fun and effective way to get in shape. Juan Maldonado has been studying Martial Arts for more than 8 years. His training includes Capoeira, Tai Chi Chuan and Muay Thai. He is a FiTOUR certified instructor in Group Aerobic Kickboxing. The class will incorporate aerobic exercise with techniques from Capoeira, Tai Chi and Muay Thai Kickboxing.

Class sessions are one hour long and are $12 per session.

Taught my first class yesterday, it was alot of fun! Had five students who are going to recommend the class to their friends. Hopefully I'll have a bigger class next week. I had a blast doing it tho.
