| It's official, ELITE XC has folded. Perhaps, this is a good chance for the WCL to pick up some real quality fighters. There are some really good stand up guys fighting in Elite XC like Malaipet and Cung Le. They could really bring the league to a whole other level. |

| World Combat League would never be able to pick up Cung Le with the amount they pay fighters now... If they work out some contract that would pay him say 6 figures maybe he would come... Dana White has already said "I want Cung Le in the UFC to fight Anderson Silva for a unifaction fight between Strikeforce and UFC." But for now Cung belongs to NBC and Strike Force. Elite XC was with CBS and showtime |

Valiss: I'm sure that Affliction will pick up some of the fighter but maybe not all.

| Affliction will most likely pick up Gina Carano, Seth Petrozelli, who knows maybe even Kimbo...lol...I would like to see UFC add some women to their stable of fighters. WCL could probably pick up some of the fighters who are not well known yet. |

I think Kimbo will go to Japan if he doesn't get picked up here soon. I read an article today that stated he's already back in the gym training.

Yeah, the Japanese love the gimmicky dudes. Although, he is probably going to get eaten alive with the talent that they have over there. I highly doubt that Affliction will pick him up after his last fight. |

Well keep in mind that yes the Japanese like freak shows, but they also arent above rigging a few matches for a show... just depends on the org. Either way, I hope to see more free MMA on CBS.
