Even though LA is my team I don't really think that either Jessica Covarrubias and Tara Van Deusen will have much of a chance against Jennifer Santiago. Jessica's only fought once and even though she won that decision she looked very winded during much of the match. And Van Deusen may be a top ranked point fighter but can she take full contact kicks and punches. Should still be some interesting fights though.

I think it's great that Jessica Covarrubias is now the starter. Alicia Ashley is a great fighter in better shape than most people half her age but she's getting up there in age. And legends like Joe Lewis, Bill Wallace, and others have said that sooner or later time catches up with you especially in the fight game. Jessica is young and has a lot of (fighting) years ahead of her just like many other young fighters like Jennifer Santiago or Jennifer Han, etc.

I Didn't say anything about Ray or Jason. They didn't put Jack in 2nd rd cause they didn't want him to blow it.

What are you talking about? Were you even at the fight? That was Hamed Firouzi’s debut, and it looked like it. Jack did not have any problem with him. I have no idea why he didn’t come out in the 2nd, but it sure wasn’t that they were afraid he was going to “blow it” (the alternate who fought lost 15-0, no offense to the alternate, but Jack could not have blown it worse than that). Did you see Travis McRoberts (the alternate) fight Douglas Edwards in San Antonio? McRoberts had a great fight and was one of the big reasons LA moved on to the Championship, but Felton has proved to be a better WCL fighter to this point. Besides, if they were so afraid he was going to “blow it”, why did they have him on the roster or why didn’t they start the alternate?

lol Jack is 11 and 2 deal with it. I love when these sh!t for brains talk sh!t.. it all falls out their mouths just to address you're point if they were afraid he'd blow it why did they start him. . The issue is why didn't NY send Hamed back out. Travis had a good outing last time out let the fresh fighters fight, no deeper than that. KO'd boy get real.

I was there by the way.Jack fought a rookie and couldn't KO him thats BS. Hamed was so green he needed direction to find the center of the ring and Jack didn't KO him? Jack does not know how to take advantage of a rookie.

You are right in that Jack didn't knock Hamed out (and frankly he should have), but that doesn't have anything to do with the Stars not putting him in the 2nd half because he would "blow it".

this boy is obsessed huh. Everyone realizes that hamed is a naska wonderboy with some impressive superfight wins over some class fighters and has been fighting Jack for years. They know each other quite well.
