The league would like to thank all of our fans for their interest in season 3 and we want you to know that we are working diligently to get the next season kicked off.

In the meantime, we are on the verge of releasing 6 new supplemental DVDs from Season 2. These programs include Top 30 KOs, Heavy Hitters and Epic Battles as well as an additional Women of the WCL DVD. They will be available on our site very soon.

Stay tuned to the new WCL.com for upcoming news and updates on Season 3.

I heard it was being pushed to the end of the year on another forum...I cant remember which one it was exactly. I can recall reading something that said "the WCL is trying to gather some revenue through DVD sales so they can put together another season". I have talked to one of the coaches and he doesn't even mention the WCL. I think it's done to be honest.

Admin, care to coomment on this...

If the idea is to sell enough DVDs to generate enough profit to run another season and the third season depends on it, they are done. The economics just do not work.

I hope this is not true...

So its Aug 13th and the season was supposed to start in Sept. .... When? Where? Are they even planning on having another season? Is the WCL for sale? If they are going under why dont they just announce it ... If they did come out and say "were are done with promoting fights", I would probably go out and buy a couple DVD sets because I would know there would not be any more fights....
Maybe they incorporate a limited number of takedowns like San Shou in each match...I personally think that it would be more exciting to watch

I just believe the ones in charge are trying to make it better then the years before. That is why they brought in Ernest The Cat Miller. Also I believe they are involved in more then one organization since they are school owners and martial arts teachers traditional and full contact wise.

But I am looking forward to season 3 and hope to get involved with it.
