Chuck Norris originally said one of the reasons he designed the WCL ring the way he did with no ropes is so everyone is the house has a good seat. Has anyone here been to a live event and can confirm that the rings design makes for good seats no matter where you are?
I ask because there is a new MMA promotion called Yamma that is advertising a new type of fighting ring. As of this writing they haven't released any pictures of their new ring design, but after reading their press reports, it sounds very similar to the WCL ring with raised edges, only with a cage around it instead. It seems like that would kill the good seats and all the good camera angles at the same time. You can read more about it here: http://www.yammapitfighting.com
If you've been to a live WCL event, tell us what you think of the ring design. _________________ -Valiss |

YES i sat in the nosebleeds at the tulsa event and i could see clearly. then i went to some MMA cage matches at the same arena and sat on the floor and it was lot harder to see. but they spent most the time on the ground. _________________ wcllover |
