Starting April 1st I'm cutting out all sweets from my diet in preparation for my Muay Thai smoker fight in June. I want to drop down to 155 lbs by that time. I thinkit is very doable since I am at 167-168 right now. I'm going to train like a maniac for 2 1/2 months for the fight.
So Saturday I'm ordering the Ken Shamrock/Cung Le fight and gonna have myself some greasy tacos washed down by Green Tea Boba drink. |

I dropped 25lbs for the WCL event in Tulsa (Dec) in 4 weeks and 20lbs for the San antonio event in 6 days!! You will easily be able to make that weight. Good luck in your fight! _________________ naturalfighter.com |

Man, 20lbs in 6 days!!!?? That's crazy! How did you feel the day of the fight after losing all that weight so quickly?
I have the IFL greatest knockouts DVD and in there they have a section where they show fighters cutting weight the day before the fight and you see Chris Horedesky (sp?) passing out.
Thanks for the well wishes. I'll put up the results of the fight and video once it happens.
BTW Cool to be talking to a WCL fighter about this kind of stuff on the net |

Well right on man! Just avoid sugar, flour and keep up the cardio and you'll be there in no time. Works like a charm for me. Good luck! _________________ -Valiss |

I felt terrible both times. When the punches landed they felt ten times harder than before. The worst part is the flight to the host city. I LOVE to eat and when you have a 3 hour layover there's not much else to do. Curse those food courts!! _________________ naturalfighter.com |

| LOL. Yeah, that's why I want to drop the weight way before the fight. One of the fighters in my gym droped like 10 lbs the week before the fight and he was saying he felt terrible too. |
