Five Takeaways for the Eastern Conference event:

- I felt like Uriah Hall of New Jersey was the most impressive fighter of the event, beating a great fighter (Mrkanovic) twice
- Tim Connors of St. Louis was fantastic as usual in a knockout of Belcastro
- Maceo and Oxley was a great match-up, I can't wait to see Maceo or Connors versus Oxley in the playoffs
- Fernando Calleros of St. Louis was very solid, he is not flashy, but seems to always win
- 7 of the 12 matches in the St. Louis vs. New York match-up ended in a TKO or KO (excellent to watch)
